1. Delivery:

We ship our products with the Swiss postal service.

2. Shipping Costs:

The shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight:

• 7.50 CHF up to 2 kg
• 10.00 CHF up to 5 kg
• 12 CHF up to 10 kg
• 30 CHF over 10kg

3. Exchange and Returns: 

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, ALPENHEAT will not accept any unpaid postage deliveries.
Goods can be exchanged or returned within 14 days after receipt of the shipment. 
Orders placed in December can be exchanged up to 7 days after Christmas. Returns are not possible.
Please note that only products that are unused, in the original packaging and without any signs of wear, can be exchanged or refunded.
If the goods have been used and show signs of wear which make the goods unsellable, no refund will be given.
